In Kiwix, offer to read loud articles using Android Text-to-Speech (intermediate)

Kiwix for Android would benefit from having a "read aloud" button in the action menu that uses the Android TTS (text-to-speech) system to speak an article. This would be extremely useful so that you can listen to articles while you're cooking, washing up or doing other tedious chores. We have even use cases in the classrooms.
