Now that a transcribed COMGEOM file has been successfully formatted for input (see GCI task link below) we need to find out why some of the primitives are visible in wireframes but not during raytracing.

Use the script and inputs from the GCI tasks linked below to reproduce the import process and confirm the discrepancy between wireframe and raytraced results. One reproduced, determine the problem with the non-visible geometry and its root cause (data needs to be re-ordered by script, problem with how comgeom-g is creating the primitives, etc.) The goal is to provide a patch or updated script that successfully produces a fully working .g file with correct raytracing.
