Extend Marble's MapQuest routing backend such that the roadGradeStrategy option of MapQuest -- see http://open.mapquestapi.com/directions/#basicoptions -- can be configured by the user. In the config dialog, it could be represented with two list selections for up hill and down hill, respectively, each with the values (favor, ignore, avoid).
