Merged RSS Feed

According to Wikipedia, RSS Rich Site Summary (originally RDF Site Summary, often dubbed Really Simple Syndication) is a family of web feed formats used to publish frequently updated works—such as blog entries, news headlines, audio, and video—in a standardized format.  Our example can be found at: http://www.rtems.com/wiki/index.php?title=Special:RecentChanges&feed=rss

RSS allows users to avoid manually inspecting all of the websites they are interested in, and instead subscribe to websites such that all new content is pushed onto their browsers when it becomes available.

RTEMS is used by multiple applications that have their own RSS feeds. We would like to provide a single RSS feed for the set of applications using RTEMS.

Identify a tool that merges RSS feeds and use that to merge a few RSS feeds for us. We will want to make this available via our website.
