Please Create a GeoDataLatLonQuad class for the KML element gx:LatLonQuad including all properties
- Also add handlers and writers for LatLonQuad including unit tests.
- Submit these LatLonQuad changes as a single patch to reviewboard
- Provide a writer for GeoDataLatLonAltBox
- Provide a writer for the Lod (Level of Detail) element
- Submit the LatLonAlt and Lod Changes as a patch to reviewboard.
