Extend the Star Plugins configuration dialog to cover the newly added Ecliptic, Poles and Celestial Equator. Colors and Enable/Disable state should be configurable. A new .ui file is provided here:

You need to add the C++ code to bring this to life. Work is supposed to be done in the master branch. You can take the code that covers constellation lines as an example.
