Trojitá: shuffling priorities of sender identities and adding support for organizations

completed by: Mohammed Nafees

mentors: Jan Kundrát

A recent GCI task has added support for multiple sender identities to Trojitá, a fast Qt-based IMAP e-mail client. We can now extend this functionality with support for assgning priorities to these identities, and adding a new field called Organization.

Scope of work

You'll have to get familiar with the way how the Trojita's SenderIdentityModel works, and add support for moving these identities up and down in the list. When you are done with this, you will add one more field to the model and the UI for storing the user's organization.

Required skills

You have to know C++, Qt and the UI designer. You should either be familiar with the way how the Qt's data models work, or be willing to learn that.

How to get in touch

Check the Trojitá's homepage; the IRC is the preferred way.
