Marble: Add the zodiac constellations to the stars plugin

the stars plugin has been extended to display constellation lines. So far it only contains the big dipper, Cassiopeia and Ursa Minor.
This task is about adding all of these to the constellations.dat file:
- Cancer (german: "Krebs")
- Gemini ("the twins", german "Zwillinge")
- Cetus (german: "Walfisch")
- Aries (german: "Widder")
- Pisces (german: "Fische")
- Aquarius (german: "Wassermann")
- Capricornus (german: "Steinbock")
- Sagittarius (german: "Schütze")
- Scorpio (german: "Skorpion")
- Libra (german: "Waage")
