Your task

In our frontend we used some hovering functions to display some help text when you move your mouse on top of a particular widget. This has been superseeded by the lower help text, but the hovering functionality remained and doesn't look very nice now. Can you strip out this duplicated functionality?

Deliverable

A working patch, that applies cleanly to our source tree. This patch should be in the form of a pull from clone, hg export or unified diff format (in order of preference) implementing the functionality required.
