Hedgewars: Prepend 'b' to every engine boolean

Analyze engine source files, collect all boolean variables and prepend them with 'b' for easier identification.
You should keep the base name constant, so for example
cShowFPS would become
GrayScale would become
bGrayScale and so on.
A working patch, that applies cleanly to our source tree. This patch should be in the form of a pull from clone,
hg export or unified diff format (in order of preference) implementing the functionality required.
