Update the turkish translations of tuxmath and tuxtype.

The files to translate are the tr.po in the po directory of tuxmath and the tr.po in the po directory of tuxtype. Beware of not mix them, the Turkish translation of tuxtype is nearly uptodate, so it has been merged to the translation of tuxmath.
