Update the Bulgarian translation of Tux Paint

Requirements:

• You need to be fluent in both Bulgarian and English

• You will need to use Poedit for this task

You need to translate any untranslated strings into Bulgarian.

Fuzzy strings are incorrect, they appear in yellow/brown color.

You will need to translate fuzzy strings as well.
