Design a mockup of a new pysoy.org using your favorite graphic editor (GIMP, Photoshop, etc).  Provide a psd or xcf with graphic and text elements separated.

Use the goal of the redesign document as a guide (which may be updated as part of discussion) to create separate layouts for the main site (www.pysoy.org) and dev site (dev.pysoy.org).  We're specifically aiming to incorporate HTML/5 and CSS3 features such as video and CSS transforms.

Provide URLs for all freely licensed material (artwork, patterns, fonts, etc) you did not create yourself.

This is expected to take more than 2 days, time extension will be given as progress is seen.
