Complete Russian translation for Kigo interface and hadbook

Expected results: Complete translation of kigo.po (21 messages) kigo.pot (handbook, 133 messages) + screenshots (.png) into Russian. The translation should follow the guidelines of Russian KDE translation. There should be no typos in it (see Reference on how to check).

Prerequisites: Basic English terminology, good Russian.
