The bbPress plugin for WordPress should include dedicated functions for loading up specific forums, topics, and replies. Currently this is all done from within loop functions or with built in WordPress code. We need dedicated bbp_get_topic type functions to handle the specifics.

When you claim a task, please include a short description of your experience with WordPress and any relevant information that will help us judge the likelihood that you will succeed at this task.
