Decription:

The Plasma framework is used among other things as a foundation for the workspace UI of the KDE Plasma Desktop and KDE Plasma Netbook primary user interfaces for desktop and netbook devices.

Since early 4.0 days Plasma needs a plasmoid that displays a simple welcome message with some simple "did you know" or how to do a given thing.
Outcome: This task would expect some of such text of be produced, and (optional, construct a very simple mockup grade ml plasmoid to display those text snippets)
