rekonq: Add a combobox with different settings to the “When Hovering Tab Feature”

Add an combo box to the "Show preview when hovering tab" feature, that allows the users to select what exactly should happen, when their cursors hovers one of the tabs
Should look like:
"When hovering tab show:" (combobox) Preview/Tooltip With Tab's Title/Nothing (combobox)
