As stated in [1] a nice little feature would be, to open the address in the URL bar in a new tab, when using Alt+Enter.

e.g. you enter www.google.com into the URL bar, but you want to open that URL in a new tab, instead of the current one. Then you press Alt+Enter instead of plain Enter.

Also this seems to be a standard action across all other browsers, so adding it to rekonq, would make rekonq more accessible to “browser converts” ;-)
