Make update tests pass on Drupal 7 PostgreSQL

completed by: rfw

mentors: Karoly Negyesi

Drupal 7 is close to delivery. This release will have, among many things, proper SQLite and PostgreSQL support besides the ubiquitous MySQL. Automated testing is included.  While MySQL and SQLite pass all tests, PostgreSQL doesn't.

By completing this task you will gain rare insight into the brand new database abstraction of Drupal 7 and also learn working with its automated testing system.

Deliverables

A patch committed to Drupal core which makes the update tests pass.
