Moodle is an Open Source Course Management System (CMS), also known as a Learning Platform, Learning Management System (LMS) or a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). It has become very popular among educators around the world as a tool for creating online dynamic web sites for their students. Moodle currently exists as roughly 70,000 (registered) sites, servicing 70 million users, supported by a diverse, enthusiastic community.

Projects

  • New Question type The project aims to create some new question types and make enhancements to the existing ones to make it more easy for Teachers to create a Question.
  • Scorm Player and Navigation Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) is a collection of standards and specifications for web-based e-learning. Moodle already has a Scorm Player and it received a major update and Scorm 1.2 support during GSoC`13. The Objective of my proposal is to improve the Scorm player and its navigation.
