Marble: Draw the celestial north pole and south pole in the stars plugin

completed by: Mohammed Nafees

mentors: Torsten Rahn, René Küttner, Dennis Nienhüser

In the place where the celestian north and south pole are located (+/- 90 deg declination) draw a cross. The cross should use the MarbleColor aluminium6 and the horizontal stroke as well as the vertical stroke should measure 10 pixels each. There should be a label in the lower right reading "NP" and "SP".

The NP and SP should be painted before everything else is painted (stars, constellation lines and DSOs).
